In order to stay fixed on our North Star, we must amplify and guard the light within each member of our team. Each of us is happiest when we are growing, doing meaningful work, and being justly compensated/recognized for it. We also must guard each of our individual light by taking time off, decreasing burnout, and establishing clear expectations for success.
